When I took Rob Tucker’s course, I had been in the business for 18 months. I had tried all of the traditional types of prospecting: cold calling, door knocking, open houses, expireds, etc. Though each of these activities had generated some business, it was a lot of effort for each lead generated.
After I established the infrastructure, leads started to come into my email inbox. At first it was a few leads each week, but that has turned into 3-5 leads each day. Enough leads that I am now in the process of establishing a team to help me. Thank you Rob for the giant push in my real estate career!

There are so many programs out there like that, you could spend your entire retirement on them. ONE I've recently reviewed and though had a punch, and is worth it would be http://www.AgentBrokerSuccess.com they have a mirror site called http://www.RookieSuccess.com.
I was really blown away by them, and that's not easy to do for me, as most of you know.
They have a [Free membership option], lots of video, systems for fsbo's, farming, working with investors, a weekly conference call, downloads, etc. Check it out, very good material IMHO.

With Rob's assistance in training me and encouraging me in getting a web site developed I finally did it. Rob showed what words and phrases were needed to produce a web site that would be productive. I did all that he said to do and now my site is productive. Without Rob it would not have happened and I would not be getting the leads that I am getting from my web site. Thanks Rob !!! |

I wanted to drop you a quick note to thank you for the help today on the call. As I said on the call I got the ok from my office manager and he told me that I should have more listings than I could handle from that flyer and post card.
After explaining and showing the post card that you use and the reasoning behind it, I see exactly what your goal is and how the "other" post card and flyer was not the way I needed to go.

Many thanks to Rob & Paula for an awesome first of several FSBO conversion classes. You both presented the concepts in a clear, concise, and logical manner.
I will no longer allow another Realtor to earn a FSBO's business without my having done EVERYthing to become the first person in mind for that particular prospect. No more half-ass attempts.
Right now I'm busy doing my "homework", downloading, editing, listening to scripts, getting my URLs, identifying FSBO's ripe for the plucking, etc. so that this weekend or sooner (like Thursday afternoon after our 2nd class), I'll be ready to rock n' roll
Anyone who has been "waffling" over their decision to take this course better get off the fence and be ready to punce on it when it is offered again. It is by far the best value for the money of any training I've ever seen.

for a fabulous start to the challenge. I had such an AHHA moment yesterday when Rob talked about focusing on specific areas and staying with them. I had been so all over the place in my marketing...my broker would say to us in sales meeting, work FSBO, Expireds, SOI, Geographical farm, non-owner occupied etc. No wonder I was frustrated. Now thanks to Rob I have a total focus and the tools to make it all happen.
To those of you that have not signed up for the Challenge, it is so well worth your time and investment.

Thanks for the quick response. I am just starting you 8-step eCourse and I have to say this is the most helpful thing I've seen since I got into this business. I started in real estate a year ago (actually, January 2005). Over the past year, I've listened to lots of folks, read lots of books, gone to lots of seminars, etc...Until about 30 minutes ago (when I started your eCourse) I was thinking I'd never get a real plan together. Just following along with your videos, I've already mapped out what I need to do this year to earn what I want to earn! This is great!!

Hi Lorena (with Point2),
Just wanted to share with you how much I got out of our session today with Rob Tucker. Because I am not a full-time realtor, it's been very difficult to connect the dots since I got my license nearly 2 years ago. Because of my full time job that is not connected with real estate, I am unable to attend the seminars and classes typically held during the day that a new licensee needs to hone their skills. Out of frustration, I was ready to hang it up. What Rob presented today was simple enough for me to understand and easy enough for me to implement without going to the poorhouse.
His presentation and step by step approach to success in real estate gave me the impetus I needed to continue.
I am also appreciative to Point2 for providing yet another learning opportunity.
